Hi, this is known symptoms when your page has broken scripts that prevents page to completely load. As a result not all methods executed on load and some functionality is not available. Defect can be in theme or in other plugins you have installed.

Use FireFox + FireBug plugin, it will show you all errors on page in console. Once you fix those errors all should start to work.

Another alternative to track down issue is to install ReDi Reservation plugin into blank WordPress, and check. All should work. Then add theme and check, and then add plugins one by one to check. This way you should detect who is causing this issue.
