This has been going on for a little while.
Additionally, when the pins first started, they kept displaying a default image instead of the actual featured image... http://www.pinterest.com/sweepsmeoff/sweeps/
Thought I would mention that because the error is stating that it can not fetch the image.
Any thoughts on why this is going on?

This error is coming from Pinterest. Please make sure you image is actually available at the time your post goes live and you don’t have any kind of protection activated that could block Pinterest from grabbing it. (It usually called “Hotlinking Protection”)
I shouldn’t have any protection.

I have the same problem with one of my sites.
