I’m getting the following error when pasting Direct Function code into my functions.php folder. Please help. I want to display the ticker on every page and post.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home4/causewa4/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php on line 1554

Ok, I have fixed the above issue but have another one…

Check out this FAQ about the styling the ticker like the demo site: http://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/faq/1749

It also looks like you need to wrap the ticker in a container div (appropriate to the coding/css of your theme), if you don’t want it to stretch 100% width of your site.
