new theme: Green Quarter

Green Quarter is a variation of my theme Blue Quarter.
As usual the template uses JQuery, is highly configureable (ads, how many posts to extend etc.). widget-ready and works with 2.0 and 2.1.
It has no sponsorlinks but is still crap 😉
