I already took a look at the FAQ and a few other posts of people having the same problem but I am still having trouble making it work. It is not the first time this message appears, apparently if i visit some posts, it start working again but after a day or two the message is back… any advice? I have already checked and the “wp_head();” is inside my theme’s header.php, also I have the “wp_popularpostsdata” and “wp_popularpostssumary” on my DB.

    Hi there,

Could you please post your site’s URL so I can take a look?

    Here you go.

    http://staging.embryoriopreto.animamidia.com.br/

Just scroll it down and you will see two tabs, the one that concerns your plugin is the one called “Destaques”

    Thank you!

The plugin seems to be tracking correctly. However, the widget isn’t listing the visits I made to your “Quem Somos” pages so I assume you set the Post type field to post only. That’s why the widget says “no data so far”, WPP is set to not list pages.

yeah I did set it to post only, but as you can see the post from the “Imprensa” page are not showing there… to be true I think they will show if you visit them a few times, but that happened before and soon the “Sorry. No data so far.” will be back.

It does show for me. Just checked one of the posts and it appeared listed on the widget right away.

Keep in mind that the “Last 24 hours” range (the one you’re using right now) will display those posts that have been viewed within the last 24 hours from the current time. If more than 24 hours passes and no posts are visited, the plugin will display “Sorry, no data so far”.

So how do I set it to just show which are the most visited posts of all time, I couldn’t find that option at the “tools” section of the plugin… I know it HAS to be a very simple task but I really am not managing to set it out of the 24 hours.

Forget about it, I just found at the “parameters” section. Sorry for bothering you with such a simple thing.

Thank you very much for your patience =]
