    Hey guy, I have installed wp 4.0, I’m using aadya theme, I’m almost done with the site but I can’t change the credits on the footer, please help. I’ve gone to editor, footer.php but I cant find where to change, please help me

    The copyright text is set in /inc/options.php line 170.

    The credits are set in footer.php at line 24.

    The branding is set in functions.php line 808.

    I think these files will be overwritten by the next theme update, so any edits are not really sustainable.
