I think the plugin you installed is problem here.. Try deactivating it once and run your website. It should work fine.
Only problem will be that you wil have to find an alternative for the plugin you want to use.

Actually I am not able to deactivate it. When i try to open my admin panel it given me that error.
go in to your hosting cpanel, file manger: wp-content -> plugins and find the plugin folder for the plugin that has caused the problem and delete it.

what version of wordpress are you running?
what plugins do you have installed? (active and deactivated)
what theme are you using?
buddypress-introduce hasn’t been updated since may 2011! what on possessed you to install it?
rename the whole plugins folder to anything you want. then go back to the browser, clear the browser’s cache and refresh the page.
