Hi Joe,

I’ve recently installed My Calendar 2.3.20 on a church’s website. Print view and iCal weren’t working, so I re-saved permalinks settings. This fixed Print view, but not iCal. When I click on download iCal I get “the web page is not available”. Can you help?

Re-saving permalinks is generally all you have to do; but it’s possible there’s something else going on. Can you submit a support request or provide a URL I can look at?

Hi, acri – I haven’t received a support request like that, so it may not have gotten to me. But I did accidentally delete a support request that had gotten snagged as spam (https://twitter.com/joedolson/status/540307911289745408), so it could be that one.

Have you tried updating your permalinks?
