• This is typically a pretty great plugin, but for the last couple of days, it’s been completely rewriting my htaccess file to remove the needed lines for permalinks, effectively breaking every story link on my site. This seems to stem from the Blocked Users portion of the plugin that adds blacklist entries to the htaccess file, but it could be elsewhere as well. I’ve turned off this feature for now, but eventually I’ll have to disable the whole plugin if it keeps happening.

I’d love to keep this plugin running, so any help y’all could provide to help me fix this problem would be amazing. Thanks so much!

  • Hey Brian,

You might want to ask your host if the can increase your PHP memory and max execution time. You could be running out of resources causing the file write to fail.

    Thanks,

I’ve got 2 GB of RAM now, how much more might I need?
