theme check plugin error ..How to fix this

    I tried submit a theme Which name is Grassy.But When I submit Theme
    its show an error.

    REQUIRED: The theme uses the register_post_type() function, which is
    plugin-territory functionality.

    But I didn’t use any register_post_type() function .. Why this error
    ?? Is it theme check plugin error ??? Please Check and inform me
