Plugin showing on pages, but not posts

I’ve had the plugin installed for a while now, and it has worked beautifully. Today, it stopped showing up on our blog posts and blog category pages. It displays on our pages however. I double-checked the Settings and the posts and category options are checked. A developer was creating a custom category page for us today, and I’m afraid he did something to interfere with the plugin. Any ideas what might have happened?
