where is the web/htdocs folder?

    Hello,
    I’m trying to add subdirectories to my website.
    I’ve edited the config.php file with multisite function but I can’t create the network because I need to add some code to the config.php and htaccess files and save them in the web/htdocs folder. PROBLEM I can’t locate this folder in my ftp.

    is it something i need to check with my host?

    can someone HELP me!

    Yes, this is something you will have to consult with your hosting provider. From what I am getting from this, you need to know here the root of your site is.

    PS all servers and hosting companies are different and setup their servers differently. This is why we can tell you the root of your site.
