    Thank you for notifying me of this error. I am going to release a fix for it now.

    You will see a notification for version 1.43 of Ignite Plus in your dashboard in just a few minutes. Please let me know if you are able to update and resolve the issue.

    Hi, The same thing is happening again — the thumbnails for textures aren’t showing.

    Sorry for the missing textures. I can’t recreate the issue this time, so I think may be specific to your site. Can you create an admin account for support@competethemes.com for me?

    Once I have an account, I’ll be able to login and directly debug the cause of the missing textures.
