Hi,
I am getting the error “a zip error occured, check your log”.
Please can you post the log? pastebin.com is the best place to put it, and then add the pastebin link here.
Best wishes,
David

Dear David,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Hereby the link to the logfile info:
http://pastebin.com/jF40Jn5M
It was to big, so here the second (and more) part:

http://pastebin.com/XCc2qj4H
Then a lot of sentences about the pictures on the website follow, do you need this information?
And then the final part: http://pastebin.com/cpLP0Wp1
Hope you can help me.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Does a database-only backup succeed?
I am wondering if your web hosting account’s disk space is 100% full – can you check that?
I see that the PHP version installed is 5.2.6 – which should work (I had a report from someone else a few weeks ago that it was working for them), but is incredibly old (May 2008), with lots of security holes. Perhaps there is some problem involving that – can you ask your web hosting company to update you to a newer version?
Best wishes,
David
Hi EllieN,
I think I know the cause of this now – a bug in your PHP version. Update to this version – https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/updraftplus.1.9.32.zip – or wait for the upcoming new release; and hopefully all will work again for you.

Dear David,
Thank you very much!
I’ve updated to version 1.9.40, which was already available.
Now the error message doesn’t show anymore.
Thanks again!
You’re welcome!
We released 1.9.40 a couple of hours ago.
David
