CommentLuv question

I’ve been thinking about using CommentLuv. If I use the free version and want to upgrade to the paid one… Is there a lot of hassle? Do I have to change a lot of stuff? I do plan on using the paid version if it works well. I don’t want to use the free and then go to paid if it will be a real big ordeal.
