translation management 'Contribution' button not working

    I added the meta tag and the google translator shortcode to header.php

    I am logged in to google on the admin account for translation management. When I go on to my website and hover over translation to make a suggestion, the final contribution button does nothing, refresh the page, no change was made, no edit in ‘website translation’ in google tools.

    What should I do? 🙁
