404 unfound when using WP4. I’m not confident on the cause but I notice the counters aren’t going up at all so I may assume it even redirecting properly.

I hope I can use this… almost perfect solution for a site with a small URL to start with.

Could you give us an example of a short URL and the URL that is supposed to be redirected to ?

I’m also getting 404 in weird way.
I share most of short urls created on my Google+ page. When I click the link it leads to post but when I select and copy the shorturl from it, it adds %ef%bb%bf to url (Found in source code.).

For example:

http://etagnet.com/VLc6l This takes to post.

While,

http://etagnet.com/VLc6l This gives 404.

%ef%bb%bf is a UTF mark see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte_order_mark

It is very strange. Do you have any screen shot of the screen when you is to post on Google plus ?

MY 404 issue was my own. I had an issue with the way my permalinks were setup. Thanks for the great plugin!
