I’m using the “letter” document size, and the generated pdf has very wide margins.

Is it possible to reduce these? I cannot find this anywhere in the documentation.

Yes. Use the CSS option @page to adjust the page margins.

<style>
@page {
margin: 3mm;
margin-header: 0;
margin-footer: 0;
}
</style>

What about for page 2? My margin reset.

The @page method applies to all pages by default. This would only change if you were using a <pagebreak> with its own margins or passed in a page selector.
