Custom Titles?

Ok. I have commenters from a “comments site”. I don’t want them writing stuff like “Name (Comment Site)” when/if they do comment, so I was wondering, is there a way to add some kind of selection thing where they could mark that they are from said site and have it show somewhere in their comment?
