I noticed the new update (3.0.76) and applied to my site. Even after deactivating and then reactivating the plugin the issue still exists. For now I have deactivated the Plugin until this issue is fixed.

I am wondering if you have the same problem as me:
I have Gallery Bank Pro 3.8.7.
When I click Gallery Bank in the admin panel, the 6 tabs (Dashboard, Album Sorting, Global Settings, etc) cannot be clicked. Whatever I click on, I see the “Gallery Bank Licensing Module” information below, where the tab content should appear.
No Javascript errors are being generated either.
Is this the same behavior you are describing as “Dashboard Screen Options Freeze”?
I will try deactivating my plugins and see if there is some conflict …
Well, it seems that after I clicked OK on the Licensing Module settings that were being shown to me instead of the tab content (even though the license info never changed), it began showing the appropriate tabs’ content again.
So I guess it’s OK now. How frustrating!
(Deactivating plugins had no effect, by the way.)
I installed the pro edition including API key and order key. A popup will not go away that says:
“Gallery Bank
If you are using Gallery Bank for the first time, you can view this video to setup the Plugin.”
I have watched the video, have logged out, logged back in, deactivated, activated the plugin. And it’s in the way of the gallery bank menus. And even when I go to list of pages or list of posts it stays there and blocks access to items below the popup. Ideas on how to get rid of it?

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
