Buddypress Register/Stat Issue

For some reason buddypress stats and posts will not show up for my theme. I have had no issue before — but it has been a while since I’ve used some of my ancient coding for wordpress.

None of the registration details are showing up on the page. This goes along with the members page and so forth. I’m not sure if anyone will be able to help me, but I thought it would be worth the ask. Thanks!
