Clone website to local host

I’m trying to clone a website to my local host (Instant WordPress) but it’s not as easy as I thought it would be.
I copied the theme and plugins over, downloaded the database, did a search and replace of references to the live site, and then imported the database file to the local database.
Now when I try to login I get the following error: “Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by…”.
