no follow tag

Hi,

When editing a comment, when I insert a url the software atuo adds a ‘no-follow’ tag. I remove the tag, but after I hit edit, it re-inserts the no-follow tag each time.

I do NOT want to have the no-follow tag used. How do I modify this?
