Custom Default Avatar Issue

Hi Cătălin,

I just downloaded and installed Avatar Manager because I want to upload a custom default avatar for all the users of my site who do not want to choose their own avatar. However, the custom user option that is shown on the screen shot on Avatar Manager’s web page is not shown as an option on my wordpress site. Can you please help me out?
