Ability to add opt-in forms?

    Pat,

    Thanks for the feedback and thanks for using the Awesome Surveys plugin. At this time there really is no good way to add an opt-in. I supposed you could just add a single checkbox and an email field, but I suppose that’s not terribly effective.
