Things to try:
Do you have any security plugins running? Check the settings.
If your email account is set to auto check for emails on your server too often the server may perceive this as an attack. In my case I changed the frequency from 1 to 5 minutes to resolve the problem.
Can you check the server logs in your host’s cpanel (or equivalent) / logs to see if they give any clues.
Ask your host’s tech support if they can help as this may be a server issue, not a WordPress issue.

I will check with my host and let you know if that resolves anything. It’s still logging me off after about 10 minutes no matter what.

What settings have you got at Admin page > Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)? I would expect to see these settings exactly the same as http://paintingbyjoey.com/ not http://www.paintingbyjoey.com/ ? Take a backup before altering either of these settings as that could make it better or horribly wrong.

I checked everything you said. the site address url is http://paintingbyjoey.com/
And I spoke with GoDaddy who is my host here and they tried to troubleshoot and after trying different browsers, clearing the cache having them look into it they cannot seem to duplicate this problem.
Is there something else that you can suggest? Does wordpress.org have issues with mac IOS Yosemite? That’s the only thing I recently changed about my computer that I can think would give me this problem, other than hosting but they say there is no issue on there end.
