Help Needed (POST Editing Options gone)

When I create a new post above where the title sits, I used to get editing options example. BOLD, ITALIC, INSERT IMAGE, etc etc, basically the format was like a WYSIWYG format when pasting text onto my blog. Now all those editing options have gone, and when I paste text its just plain text with zero way of editing the size, font or anything ? any ideas ??
