Update Failed: Could Not Create Directory

    Whenever I try to update a plug-in eg. Akismet, I’m receiving this error:

    An error occurred while updating Akismet: Could not create directory. D:/INETPUB/VHOSTS/markbofficial.com/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/akismet/

    Did anyone encounter such issue?
