unable to istall wordpress themes

    Whenever I try to install any theme the following error comes –

    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in E:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\class-http.php on line 1498

    Any help would be really appreciated.
