Widget without description throws notice

    If you have a widget without a description the plugin throws a notice when trying to add a widget to the menu.

    <b>Notice</b>: Undefined index: description in <b>/srv/www/abz2014/src/content/plugins/megamenu/classes/widget-manager.class.php</b> on line <b>273</b>

    When WP_DEBUG is true this breaks adding new widgets. Description is not a required setting for a widget.
