Also to note.. I have tried loading the site on multiple browsers ad cleared browser cache.
Another note… It only happens when loading an actual post. All other pages work.. If I load my Articles page it works just fine.
Figured it out… It was the following setting in Customize -> Header -> Design and layout:
Sticky on scroll
If checked, this option makes the header stick to the top of the page on scroll down.
You may want to look at what’s causing this issue with the overall design. I got mine working fine so far.
