Menu disappearing again

Hello, since the most recent update I am having the same issue again. When I have bootstrap enabled my menu disappears. I still have the code that was provided to me last time: .tc-header .nav-collapse { display: block;} but for some reason it does not work anymore. My site is http://www.imomcast.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
