WordPress 4.0 no longer cropping top

    Hi there. I have been using the following code to get WordPress to crop my image they way I like it (top, centered).

    In functions.php of the child theme:

    <?php
add_image_size( 'featured-sdk', 1280, 400, array( 'center', 'top' ) ); // Hard crop center top

    For some reason WordPress now seems to ignore the top command because images I am adding today are no longer cropping like they were. I am assuming this is caused by 4.0 but I have not found a solution yet.

    Any thoughts?
