Which service and what URL are you referring to?
If you mean the upgrade from 3.9.2 to 4.0. That is completely free.
I don’t know I got an email saying my subscription was going to update automatically, I don’t want to pay anything. The url is actordanwatson.com
Can you PLEASE either take a screenshot of the e-mail or copy and paste it (leave out any private info on the e-mail).

@miroslavglavic? Even images of emails are not really a good idea here. Please do not make that recommendation, OK?
In this place (WordPress.ORG) there is no subscription service of any kind and nothing is to be paid to anyone. Either that’s from a host or whoever setup your site.
I suggest you contact your host via phone or a separate email and just ask them. No one here has anything to do with any subscription.

I don’t think so, WordPress doesn’t announce upcoming automatic updates via email.
danatwaynest, are you perhaps referring to a paid upgrade at WordPress.com (which is entirely separate from WordPress.org, and whose support can be contacted via http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ )?
I want to cancel my subscription to wordpress as well. I can’t access my account even with the new password that I set up. please help. My account is http://www.compassionate-living.com.
The website hasn’t been working for a long time. It is filled with gobble-gook that I have no idea how to get rid of. Go there and you will see what I mean by gobby-gook. Regardless of how the web page shows up I would like to get rid of it and stop paying the fees.
