Secondary lightbox is sometimes blank

Hi! I created a secondary lightbox, and it always pops up but the text within it is sometimes missing. It usually happens when I’ve been on the page for a few minutes, and if I refresh the page and click on it again it works just fine and the text becomes visible again.

Also, is there a way to resize the secondary lightbox? I’ve tried to do it in settings but nothing has worked so far.
