RTL and Language Files.

Hi I just d/loaded the theme I was previously using a theme that has RTL feature. It was simple you just had to turn the feature on or of to activate or deactivate the RTL.

This one I found through search filter but I cant seem to find an RTL feature. Is there any ?

Also there are no language files in the language folder to begin translation with.
Have I missed something >
