Help for Idiot needed

I would be extremely grateful if someone were able to help me.

I am a writer who is trying to create an online sports magazine. A friend has created the site but is too busy working to be able to help me correct a problem.

I have somehow managed to move the side panel on my site to the bottom of the page. I don’t know what i did, and therefore can’t reverse the problem. The site address is

It is not like this on all pages though.

My programming knowledge is limited but I am happy to listen and learn.

I am also trying to insert a logo into the top banner. I realise this should be simple, but after my recent idiocy I am cautious of messing around with it.
