receiving emails but to wrong name

    Hi, I have three forms on my site and all are delivering email.

    However, the ‘TO’ field that shows up attributed to my email address is saying “Holidays in United Kingdom” rather than my name!

    This is baffling me, I have not entered such a description for my name anywhere in the site. Any clues anyone please?
