How to import .csv file into Sendpress

I have 2 sendpress lists that have import/add/export/form buttons.
I’ve exported/imported and added to those 2 lists with no problem.

I created a new list (and will be creating several more) and all I see is view/edit and sync buttons (no import/add/export/form buttons.)

My intent is to import 400 +/- email addresses into that new sendpress list, then send an email/invite to that new list requesting they sign up for our newsletter.

The signup link in the email sends them to a sendpress signup form on my website. Once they opt in they be listed as active in 1 of the 2 original lists I have set up.

My problem is I don’t see how to import those 400+/- into my new list. Should those missing buttons be there? I’ve added myself to the new list (so there’s one subscriber.)
