Product Category 404 Error

    When clicking on the product category link from a given product, a 404 page not found error comes up. I’ve tried editing the permalinks options to no avail.

    And this is what I get when I click the videos link this is the page it goes to which returns an error:

    Please try flushing your permalinks.

    1. Navigate to Settings –> Permalinks within the site dashboard.
    2. Then over FTP, delete the ‘.htaccess’ file from the sites root directory.
    3. Now on the Permalinks page click save and it will regenerate ‘.htaccess’
