I have created a custom font control with custom css. I can see and manage the custom font but it does not change the text I have applied for the css controller. Controller name is “hdname” and in the html for the text on the page I have <p class="hdname">Kristin</p>

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks,
    David

    Hi David,
It’s likely that your theme may be overwriting our custom control. Try this:

    • Go to Settings > Google Fonts.
    • Go to your font control called hdname
    • In the Add CSS selectors box put in p.hdname
    • Save the control and visit the customizer

If that doesn’t work go back to the control and check the force styles option. If that still doesn’t work then please let me know. It’s hard to determine what the problem is as you haven’t posted a link to the website. Let me know how you get on. Cheers

    Hi David,
Glad it worked for you. I was wondering if you could rate this plugin when you get a moment please. Thanks
