Hi @nothin7,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The default calender timing on initial page load is displayed of “No specific provider” which you can configure on the following path by selecting the “List for:” drop down list.
Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> Working Hours
Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> Exceptions
Please advise if you have more questions.

My question is not how to set times. I’ve already set times in Working Hours and Exceptions, as evidenced by the fact that my page shows green time slots. The problem is there are rows that are not green that should be. Please re-read my question, thank you.
Hi @nothin7,
How can I get the default view to display the correct time slots when the page first loads?
If i am not wrong the above was your question and i have answered it accordingly in my previous reply.
The problem is there are rows that are not green that should be.
Regarding this could you please share me the screenshots of your Working Hours and Exceptions settings so that i can troubleshoot it.
Also i accessed the page http://www.betterinbalancedenver.com/make-an-appointment/ but didn’t find any calender there so please make sure the appointment calender gets displayed there when you are not logged in.

I’m sorry, I didn’t realize you couldn’t see the calendar! It turns out that I had to disable the built-in cache to allow everyone to see it. So, please check the page again to see the incorrect rows: 8-10am and 4-6pm in the weekly schedule. Thanks!
Hi @nothin7,
Thank you for your patience.
I checked the page http://www.betterinbalancedenver.com/make-an-appointment/ again and now i am getting “Page Not Found” error.
Please advise.
