Creating a form on web pages

    Hi, I’m a new user. I am creating a site with all pages (no blogs) using WP 4.0. I could not find anyway to add a form so I so I installed the ninga form plugin. I heard that there is a way now with 4.0 to create a form without installing any special plugin. I was told there should be an add form button but I can not see it. Any ideas?
