Hi, I’m having trouble activating this plugin, I get this fatal error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\xampplite\htdocs\newsite\wp-content\plugins\portfolio-magic\admin\class-portfolio-magic-admin.php on line 375

As you can see it’s a local installation. I’m running Genesis (latest version) with a child theme and I get the error with all other plugins deactivated too.

    hey jaiji,

thank you for trying our plugin, i just tried the plugin on Genesis Version: 2.1.2.
    it worked fine here.
can you let me know which version are you using, and try activate it on wordpress out of the box themes see if the error persists. to understand if the error comes from the theme or the plugin.

I’ve just tried it with a fresh install of Twenty Thirteen on a separate local WP installation running no plugins, same error. Also with Genesis 2.1.2 on the same installation, same result.

    hmm,
from your error it seems like you using windows right?
i will try check it out there. and see what happens. cause i setup a fresh install in my mac with Twenty Thirteen and again it worked well.
i will let you know shortly

hey, ok i fixed the error
made a new version for that 1.0.7.
the error occurred cause i used a tag that is incompatible with old php versions.
i notice that Xampp Lite 1.7.2 is from 2009, i suggest you update it to a newer version, for better experience.
anyway if you download again or wait for update, it should be ok.
good luck, hope you will enjoy the plugin.
