Hi, it looks like a conflict with another plugin, as Slimstat doesn’t have any hooks on filters or actions on the Edit Post screen. Could you try deactivating all you other plugins and see if it still happens?

It seems a conflict between WP Slimstat and Jetpack (even with the stat option deactivated). When I turn off Jetpack or WP Slimstat everything is ok, but when I turn on both, the “Visual Editor” disappear.
For now I’ll keep Jetpack deactivated. 🙂
Interesting. Would you be able to inspect the page to see if Firebug highlights any problems to the javascript?

It was a Jetpack problem I suppose…
