user role edit

    Hello,

    I made a website in wordpress, and there are a few users that are going to use the website. I want to give them a role as Editor, put one option that is necessary is not available for that type of role, only for Administrator.
    I tried USER ROLE EDITOR, but it wont show every option.
    I don’t want to give them access with de Admin-role, because than they can do anything.

    I use a plugin (to post Jobs on the website), but with the Editor-role it isn’t accessible.

    How can I change this?
