Apostrophe in Media Captions

    I was trying to use apostrophe in my photo captions but somehow I am not able to type the apostrophe.

    For example I type:
    I’m here.

    I’ll only be able to type “Im here” without the apostrophe.

    Does this happen if you temporarily disable all your plugins? Does this happen if you temporarily switch to the Twenty Fourteen theme?

    I don’t have any plugins installed. I’ve tried switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme and apostrophe is working in that theme.

    Also since I’m asking a question here, how do I center the caption of a picture? At the moment, it seems that the captions are by default aligned to the left.

    Edit: Sorry, this is a non-issue. I had forgotten to switch back to the Arcade Basic theme after testing the apostrophe issue under the Twenty Fourteen theme.

    Hmmm…does no one else encounter the same issue with apostrophe when trying to use it in picture captions?
