• I have been working through fixing all the high and medium security items listed by I-themes Security. I whitelisted my IP and the last items I changed were related to the database and users and away mode. I can’t check because i’m now locked out of my admin account. All the fixes i’ve found online dont seem to work for me. I’m concerned that the when I “fixed” the database I never got any information on what the new prefix was. I wrote down all new passwords and users names. Appreciate any help/suggestions on what to do next. Thanks

  • The last resort option is to deactivate the plugin with the following method:

Connect to your server hosting the site via (S)FTP change to the wp-content/plugins directory and rename or move the ithemes security folder in there.
This automatically deactivates the plugin and should give you back access to your site.
You can delete the plugin that way and reinstall it through the plugin installation dialogue.
