Empty part – up header

    Hello all
    I’m searching but I don’t find the origin of the issue. Upper the header part, my website shows an empty part, 4 timmes higher than the name.
    I would like to reduce this part but I don’t find where this “empty content” or “space part” is defined. I saw nothing on header.php so I think it’s more global but nothing.
    Do you have an idea ?
