Can’t change between Code and Design views

Help. I had a quick search before posting this, found nothing. Anyway…

I just upgraded to 2.1.2 a few days ago, and now when writing posts/pages, it goes straight to “code” view, whereas I prefer “design”. I can’t seem to find the old button anywhere which previous let me alternate between views.
